Our mission is to foster a cooperative and harmonious relationship with The Filta Group Inc., addressing franchisee concerns and enhancing the Filta brand. We are legally formed in Delaware as a Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation.

You also benefit from networking opportunities, access to legal support from experts in franchise law, and a platform to collaborate and share best practices with fellow franchisees.

Each franchisee, regardless of size or tenure, has an equal vote on Commercial Kitchen Partners matters. 

Members benefit from collective access to discounted rates for individual legal services from a firm well-versed in Filta agreements. Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski, P.A., a highly regarded franchise law firm, offers significant negotiating power for all franchisees. 

The legal team advocates for members in negotiations with The Filta Group Inc., resolves disputes, and provides guidance on legal matters impacting franchise operations. This includes contract reviews, compliance advice, and representation if necessary, ensuring that member interests are vigorously defended and protected.

Commercial Kitchen Partners advocates for mutual economic interests and supports efforts to strengthen the Filta brand. 

Our legal team engages directly with the franchisor to address our members' concerns and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.

These associations provide a platform for franchisees to collaborate, share insights, and advocate for collective interests, similar to Commercial Kitchen Partnerts.

Commercial Kitchen Partners is owned and directed by the franchisees, representing our interests.  The benefit of an association free from corporate influence is the freedom to speak openly.  This allows us to present issues and collaboratively develop solutions, either independently or with legal assistance.

Members can propose issues for consideration, which are then addressed collectively with input from our legal team and leadership.

We uphold strict confidentiality guidelines, and every member is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect discussions and participant identities.

You can participate in discussions, vote on important matters, and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the franchise experience and strengthening the Filta brand. Your active participation is key for Commercial Kitchen Partners' success.

You will also need to sign an NDA and pay membership dues, which cover your initial fee through 2024 and include access to legal team support.
